Currently only an older version of my paper is available at that URL unfortunately.

The version on the XTech 2007 website is still not updated (and it’s unusual for Edd to be anything other than efficient and organised), but I have put a copy on the Menteith Consulting website at http://www.menteithconsulting.com/wiki/XTech2007/MyStylesheetRunsBut.
